Choosing items to Invoice.
Adding the specific items to be invoiced is accomplished through five methods. Choose the project documentation which includes contract or change orders. The remaining four methods include area, division, assembly, and custom. You can select multiple line items to invoice under each method except custom. Custom allows you to use a percentage of the contract price or that can be edited to whatever dollar amount you want in your invoice that you are creating. Individual notes can be added to each item. The system will remember the remaining items that will be available for another invoice.
Electronically send invoices.
Sign your invoice. Electronically send your invoice to clients, by adding their email address after it has been created. Estimator360 keeps track of the status of the invoices as it sets the status to Sent.
Track the status of your invoices.
The system tracks the status of invoices in an easy to understand format. All company invoices can be reviewed and the status they are in from the company invoices menu. You can filter the current status selections All, Not Paid, Overdue, Paid, and Unsent to drill down to get a clearer picture.
Receive payments from invoicing.
Payments are recorded from either the project invoices or the company invoices.
